The management of VMMP takes an active interest in their potential coworkers, getting acquainted with them with a goal in mind even since they were at school. Excursions for pupils to the leading enterprise of the town – VMMP are arranged in Vilnohirsk as a part of career guidance work for a couple of years.

Yesterday, on 28th of January 15 boys and girls - upper-form pupils of Vilnohirsk general education schools visited a central plant laboratory. Nicked tour of subdivisions was conducted for them by a chief of CLE, Igor Maznyi. He told not only about all working stages, kinds and methods of analysis applied in subdivision, but also presented some experiments inspiring wonder of the young chemistry lowers.
Warm ambience established by the guide suggested to communication, so visitors went ahead to ask the questions and discussed the answers emotionally.
The practical side of the excursion was arranged with assistance of the leading specialists of CLE: chemists of the chemical analysis laboratory – N. Pastushyna, A. Palshchun, a leading engineer of CAL N. Kovdrya, an engineer of the mineralogical laboratory O. Yarema, an engineer of X-ray spectral analysis E. Pluzhnik, chemists of the mineralogical laboratory L. During 90 minutes of excursion pupils learned a lot of new and informative information. Also by the example of CLE they saw and recognized what is a close-knit staff of specialists, because this subdivision staff is completely as described.
The excursion time went quickly for pupils. On the way back they discussed information they heard. The one thing they regretted - being under the impression of observed, they forgot to thank their guide.
That’s why, taking an opportunity and using VMMP site, visitors express appreciations to Igor Maznoi and all CLE staff for the fascinating, informative and, in their words, just “cool” excursion.
