The company is investing in renovation of the public facilities. Renovation of Titan Hotel of IMPP subsidiary continues. The hotel will have an improved appearance and two new semi-deluxe rooms.
Titan Hotel will be substantially renovated by autumn thanks to financing allocated by PJSC United Mining and Chemical Company. The visitors will see improved comfort and conditions of staying at the hotel, tells Serhiy Hdanskiy, Deputy Director of IMPP on Issues of Construction and Public Facilities.
At the moment, the work is being done on redesigning three rooms of the hotel without amenities into two hotel rooms of semi-deluxe category with a hall and bathroom in the room, he says. “Key building materials were purchased for this: facing tiles, plasterboard, OSB. Supply and replacement of the new bathroom equipment is expected soon. Around UAH 170,000 was spent on work and materials,” informed Hdanskiy.
To day, partitions, front and internal doors in new rooms have been replaced. Work has begun on finishing the facade of the hotel and restaurant complex Titan. Soon it will shine with new colors and become more attractive not only from the inside, but also from the outside.
All works are carried out by the workers of the repair and construction unit under the supervision of the head of the unit Viktor Yaremchuk. “It’s a pleasure to work when all the conditions are created, in particular, when the necessary materials are delivered on time. We hope that at this rate we will complete all the works already in the beginning of September,” comments Yaremchuk.
Hotel and restaurant complex Titan is owned by Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant, a subsidiary of PJSC UMCC. It consists of a hotel with 18 rooms of different categories with the capacity to welcome 37 guests and a restaurant with a capacity of 60 people.
